Barrel Aged Stout/Lambic Hybrid - 7% abv

A mixed-fermentation beer that is a blend of 7/8 Stout Rullquin Brune (Stout de Gaume) and 1/8 of a blend of one year old lambics, which has matured for eight months in oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented for six months in the bottle.
