Created as a tribute to the great Vermont DIPAs that made the state famous. This hazy, hoppy and juicy Double IPA was originally part of a series of ales brewed with various hop profiles. Evolution #3 was a clear favorite and is the origin of Northern Heights, which is finished with Mosaic and Citra hops.
